A remote–controlled recovery system for pipes with a diameter of DN100-150 at a distance of up to tens of meters from the entry point. Forget about dismantling, approving, and restoring landscaping.
SP!RES changes the rules of the game. We have created a solution for those areas that previously could not be repaired without large—scale destruction – private connections, hard-to-reach areas and house entrances. The system creates a new pipe inside the old one, working where traditional methods are powerless.

Orientation and inversion
The device is inserted into the main channel and focuses on the problematic branch. Pressure is applied through the exhaust window, and the liner is inverted (turned out) inside the damaged pipe.

Polymerization
A coolant is supplied through the hose. The calibration sleeve inflates, tightly pressing the new liner material against the walls of the old pipe

Monitoring and completion
Three built-in sensors monitor temperature and pressure in real time. After the material cools down, a new, airtight and durable one is formed inside the old pipe.
